History
After the fire of the previous residence, the princes of Schwarzburg-Rudolstadt built a representative baroque palace. The main wing houses some of the most valuable Rococo interiors in Thuringia.
Today's Landesmuseum showcases art, porcelain, natural history and an extraordinary miniature vision of the 18th century world.
Sala balowa i apartamenty pokazują rozmach książąt Schwarzburg-Rudolstadt. Warto obserwować rytm luster, stiuków i malowideł tworzących spójny teatr dworskiej reprezentacji.
